The rich. diverse ecology and scenic variety provide a stimulating backdrop to an unforgettable experience.
Kamala Game Reserve lies in the Eastern Cape province of South Africa. It has a temperate climate and is disease free, in particular it is malaria free. We have a variety of unique lodges that blend very well into the natural environment. They were built with attention to detail from mostly natural materials. The lodges are designed and built by the owners ensuring a personal touch.

Kamala Bush Camp  
This lodge is built at the base of a natural krantz overlooking the Little Fish River. This luxury bush camp caters for 12 exclusive guests. Each en-suite room is tastefully decorated to fit in with the natural environment, has a private lounge, veranda and cozy fire place for those chilly winter evenings.

Sheercliff lodge
The Sheercliffs Adventure Lodge (sleeps 10) has four en-suite rooms with a yellowwood and Acacia bar, entertainment area and dining room with conference facilities. The lodge is situated at the foot of the magnificent Boschberg mountain range.

Forest Lodge
This rustic lodge offers accommodation for a maximum of 10 people. It has 3 bedroooms (1 en suite) and an upstairs bunk room. An outdoor braai area is nestled in the bush.

Bergvliet Family Manor
A magnificent 4 bedroom family manor situated against the Bruijntjieshoogte Mountain, with breathtaking views.
